It’s been a while since we last shared an update, and we’re excited to let you in on what we’ve been up to behind the scenes. Over the past few months, we’ve been focusing on evolving as a company—expanding our services, upskilling our team, and laying the groundwork for some exciting projects. Here’s a quick overview of what’s been happening at Hepton.
Expanding into Local Repair & IT Helpdesk Services
We’ve recently ventured into offering local laptop repair and IT helpdesk services. This has allowed us to be more hands-on with our clients and serve our local community in a way we hadn’t before. Whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or doing a full laptop repair, our team is now equipped to handle it all.
Investing in Our Team’s Skills
Our staff has been hard at work, learning the ins and outs of full stack development. We believe that constant learning is the key to delivering the best digital solutions to our clients, which is why we’re transitioning all our internal applications to Next.js and TypeScript. These tools are helping us create faster, more scalable web apps that will support our future projects in exciting ways.
Upcoming App for Clinics in South Asia 🌍
One of our most ambitious projects yet is in the pipeline: a clinic management app specifically designed for small healthcare providers in developing regions, starting with South Asia. Our goal is to help clinics streamline their workflows and improve patient care by providing affordable and user-friendly software solutions.
We’re thrilled to announce that the first looks of this app will be available sometime early next year. We’ve been putting a lot of thought and care into building something that can make a tangible difference for healthcare providers in areas that need it most.
